5. Payment and Subscription

Access to Pulsey is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan. Payments are non-refundable, and your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your access to Pulsey will be disabled, and your content may be deleted.

Pulsey is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
