We retain account data for the duration of your organization’s active use of the service. Uptime logs are stored for a maximum of 90 days. You may delete your data at any time by canceling your account.

Your data is hosted on Digital Ocean with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement standard security measures to safeguard your information.

8. Legal Compliance

We are not currently GDPR-compliant but plan to pursue it. We intend to meet CCPA compliance standards for users based in California.

9. Children’s Privacy

Pulsey is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age.
